you will need:
6 Rib - Loin Rib-End Roast Rack (approx. 3 lb.)
tbsp. Garlic Powder
tsp. EACH dried Oregano & Thyme
tsp. EACH Salt, White Pepper, Cumin, Cayenne
Combine all seasonings and rub well over all surfaces of roast.
Place pork roast in shallow pan.
Roast pork @ 325F (160C) for about 1.5 to 1.75 hours or until meat thermometer
registers 160F (70C).
from oven; cover with foil and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
