DRAWN BUTTER SAUCE ( FOR VEGGIES & FISH )

What you will need:
1/3 c. Butter
3 tbsp. Flour
1.5 c. hot Water 
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Lemon Juice 

Directions:
Melt butter, add flour and salt. Stir until well blended. Add water gradually, stirring constantly. Bring to boiling point; boil about 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice before serving.
