WHITE SAUCE - THIN ( FOR CREAM SOUPS)

What you will need:
1 tbsp. Butter

1 tbsp. Flour 

1 c.Milk

1 pinch of Pepper

1/4 tsp. Salt


Directions:
Melt fat over low heat. Add flour and seasoning, mixing well. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Allow to cook over medium heat approx. 5-7 minutes stirring until mixture is smooth and creamy.
