What you will need: 
1/3 c. Chopped Onions

2 tbsp. Curry Powder

1 Bay Leaf

3 c. Cooked Beef (or 375gr Deli Roast Beef)
cut in cubes
1/2 c. EACH shredded Cabbage and Carrots

1/2 c. Chopped Green Onion 

In a large lightly oiled fry pan, combine first 3 ingredients and 1 cup water. Cook over med heat for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered over medium heat for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove bay leaf and serve beef curry with rice or roti.
