We would like to welcome Lynda to our company as the head of our customer service department. As always, our customers are in good hands.

We had a great show. We enjoyed all the people who came by to visit and fill out a ballot. We’d like to mention Emily, Anna and Dave, who spent many hours at the show. We have drawn the name of Tom & Melissa from Osgoode and have already delivered their new BBQ and meat package. Their family is thrilled to say the least. It’s official; we are now their favorite company. We are confirmed to be in the show for 2014. We’ll post details as they become available.

It is with eager anticipation that we announce our confirmed participation in the Ottawa Home & Garden Show running from Mar 21-24. We will be in booth 338 and look forward to meeting all visitors to the show. We will be having a draw for a fantastic prize—a 60,000 BTU Barbeque that comes with a phenomenal summer meat package consisting of strip loin steaks, boneless skinless chicken breasts, mild and honey garlic sausages and enough hamburger patties to invite the whole neighborhood for a BBQ. Make sure to stop by and get your ballot entered.

October 2, 2012 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Canadian Home Grocers is committed to providing the healthiest and highest quality beef possible. We have stayed up to date with the current recall of Alberta Beef from XL Foods. We understand our customer’s concerns and therefore want to be very clear. The recall does not include any product that Canadian Home Grocers supplies.
We have never received products, beef or otherwise, from XL Foods. Our beef is Alberta AAA, however, it is processed locally in Ontario. The recall of Alberta beef is based on the XL Foods beef processing plant in Alberta and not with the origin of the cows themselves.
